A Happier, Healthier You

 

We offer the only true lifestyle coached program with documented results in the region. Our lifestyle coach, Katelyn, will work one on one with you and guide you through our 90 day program focusing on moving, eating and thinking well.

To reach total wellness there must be a balance between moving, eating and thinking well. This program helps you find that balance and teaches you how to maintain it for a lifetime!

MOVE WELL

To reach a high level of wellness you must move your body. Moving well includes cardiovascular and strength training exercise, as well as, exercises specific to your spine. You will be given instructions to guide you through the move well portion of the program with the exercises getting more difficult as you progress. After 90 days you will not only see a difference in how your body looks, but you will also feel the difference! We will also take measurements and do fitness testing at the beginning and end of the program to give you concrete proof that the work you have put in has made a change!  

EAT WELL

Eating well...it's exactly what it sounds like! During the 90 days you are cutting out all the junk, avoiding foods that cause inflammation so that your body heals from the inside out. You will receive a list of foods you can eat and more importantly a list that you cannot! It was sound difficult, but the benefits are worth every challenge! During the 90 days you will see changes like weight loss, increased energy, improvement in gastrointestinal issues, clearer skin, improved mood and a lot more!

THINK WELL

Thinking well is the most over looked component of wellness, when really it is one of the most important! This portion of the program will help you deal with stress, depression and anxiety. We're all busy and have a million things to do everyday, but focusing on the way you THINK and changing negative habits to positive ones and improve your life in a way you have never imagined!
