When I was 50 years old, I found out my total cholesterol was 336! I was put on Lipitor which brought it down to 220. I didn't like taking the drug, so I decided to go on a strict diet; however, it came right back up to 293.

I decided to go back on Lipitor and over the next 22 years, my cholesterol never went under 200. I felt my muscles getting weaker and I developed an occasional heart flutter. I wanted to go off of Lipitor in the worst way! After a visit with my medical doctor, he put my on Vytorin. In 6 weeks, my cholesterol dropped to 166. I thought to myself  'GREAT!' and then I head a report on TV about all the horrible side effects of Vytorin. It was just another drug with more side effects. I struggled with this problem for over 20 years, taking a drug and being very worried about the side effects.

At a recent appointment, Dr. Roshau asked me if I take fish oil. My answer was yes, and then he proceeded to tell me the huge difference between fish oil products. At this time, he introduced me to Innate Choice Omega Fish Oil. After 6 weeks of taking Innate Choice Omegas, my cholesterol dropped from 344 to 244! I no longer need to take the drugs to control my cholesterol and I am ever so grateful! Thank you, Dr. Roshau!

Several months ago, I woke up with a devastating dizziness and nausea unlike anything I had ever experienced. Even lying still in bed, the room whirled and I had no sense of balance and began to throw-up.

I went to a medical doctor who prescribed medication for vertigo (dizziness) and vomiting. He said it was an inner ear infection. The medication helped a little, but after weeks of still feeling dizzy everytime I layed down, stood up, looked up, etc., a friend suggested I seek help from Dr. Roshau's Office, because he had helped her with a similar condition.

Dr. Roshau adjusted some “out of line” vertebrae and my dizziness completely disappeared. I have not been troubled since that time. I continue to have adjustments to maintain my wellness and have felt much better as a result of continual chiropractic checkups.

As a person who until recently, failed to give chiropractors and chiropractic much credit for helping people, I have become a real believer in their ability to improve a patients' quality of life. Thank you Dr. Roshau and staff!

Going to Dr. Roshau's Chiropractic Wellness Center has changed my life and my family's life; all three of my children also go monthly for regular checkups. You don't really know how good you can feel until you have had chiropractic care.

We first came to Roshau Chiropractic Wellness Center in 2000. A family member recommended them to us. We had been to other chiropractors in the past, but weren't making it a practice of continuing proper care as we should. I personally wanted to go to a chiropractor who had the same values and practices as I do.

Roshau Chiropractic Wellness Center seemed the perfect place for us. They believed in exercise, vitamins, and a positive attitude, as Mark and I do. We came to Dr. Roshau with some minor, but annoying, problems. I found out I had scoliosis. It affected my breathing, my sciatic nerve, caused headaches at times, and I also suffered from depression. Mark had lower back problems and other problems from accidents he had in the past.

In December 1998, I didn't sleep for three weeks. I had prior trouble with sleeping,

but it had never been this severe. I refused to take drugs, but I was trying every type

Chiropractic care helped me with my neck and arm problems. I have been struggling with this condition for quite a while. I decided to go to a regular medical doctor. They took x-rays and an MRI and as a result wanted to schedule me for a surgery. I thought I'd get a second opinion first.

My next step was to go to Dr. Roshau, whom I was referred to by a family member. Upon going to him, I learned my neck problem was a misagligned vertebra and a budging disc and could be helped with proper chiropractic care.

With continuous care I am now able to live my life without pain and without an invasive, expensive surgery.
